Very Very PRIVATE

Walking on a beach near Littlehampton a few months ago I discovered some great weathered and hostile typography. As the top of Middleton-on-sea beach met the bottom of privately owned gardens there was usually a simple fence or wall but not with this garden. Multiple concrete steps and ledges painted over and again with the word 'PRIVATE' made this little spot of England feel more like a Normandy beach circa 1944. I'm guessing the owner of the property is miffed with people sunbathing on his/her concrete and want's people to keep off but this frenzy of type on concrete drew me in.
